FULLEREICH (PTY) LTD – DELIVERY POLICY
Liability & Ownership

All orders are shipped at the instruction of the customer.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods leave Fullereich (PTY) LTD’s premises.

Orders are considered fulfilled once collected by the customer or the shipping company.
Shipping & Insurance

Fullereich (PTY) LTD does not provide insurance for shipped goods unless requested (additional fees apply).

We are not liable for damages or losses during transit, including but not limited to:

Theft, hijacking, looting, fire, or mishandling.

Negligence by third-party couriers.

Acts of God or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 3–10 working days (depending on location and product availability).

The customer must ensure availability during this period to receive the order.

Delays due to stock shortages or logistical issues will be communicated promptly.
Packaging & Special Requests

Standard packaging is included for all orders.
-
Fragile, oversized, or hazardous items may require special packaging (quoted in advance).
Shipping Address & Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide a full, accurate shipping address and contact details for the courier.

Incorrect addresses may result in additional redelivery fees.
-
If the customer arranges their own courier, Fullereich (PTY) LTD must be notified before dispatch.
Delivery Scope

National shipping only (within South Africa).
-
No international deliveries unless prior arrangements are made (additional fees apply).
Disputes & Claims

Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims must include photo evidence and a signed delivery note (if applicable).
-
No refunds or replacements will be issued for losses covered under Section 2.
