By placing an order, the customer ("you") agrees to these terms.

Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: Orders are binding once confirmed by the Company via email or invoice.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Accepted methods: EFT, credit/debit card, or other approved payment gateways.

Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

Delivery Policy

The Company is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Returns & Refunds

Defective Goods: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Defective Returns: Subject to approval; a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds: Processed within 14 working days after inspection and approval.
Warranties & Liabilities

Product Warranty: Specified by manufacturer; claims must include proof of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

Inspect goods upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed.

Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Force Majeure
