Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy for Fullereich Solar Solutions
 

At Fullereich Solar Solutions, we adhere to strict regulations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
 

Return Examination

  • All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection by our sales and technical departments.

  • Signs of tampering or removal of warranty seals will void all warranties and policies.

  • Inverters and similar products will only be refunded or replaced if they have not been removed from their original packaging.

  • Products must have matching serial numbers on the box and the inverter to verify their authenticity and sale location.
     

Refunds and Replacements
 

  • Refunds or replacements for inverters are only applicable if the product remains unopened and in the original condition.

  • We do not tolerate any "Open Box, Faulty, or Used" (OBF) policies; exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis by management.

  • If a return is accepted, we will provide available options for exchanges or credit.
     

Return Process
 

  • All returns must be authorized by Fullereich (PTY) LTD.

  • Once approved, a credit or refund will be issued.

  • Customers are responsible for using their preferred courier service for returns. If our courier service is used, a shipping fee will apply.

  • Damaged goods must be reported within 7 working days of receipt; failure to do so will result in the item being covered under warranty instead of return.
     

Important Notes
 

  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been installed, scratched, or damaged in any way.

  • Warranty claims require a minimum of 7 to 30 working days for assessment or repair.
